These are starting-point terms for Ottawa Site Restoration. Have them reviewed by a professional before relying on them. They outline how we work together.
Quotes and pricing
We provide an up-front quote based on the information you give us. Final pricing reflects the actual volume hauled or the scope of work performed. We will always talk to you before the price changes.
What we cannot take
Some materials we cannot legally carry. Propane tanks, wet paint and solvents go to a City of Ottawa household hazardous waste event, and asbestos goes to a licensed abatement contractor. Tell us up front and we will point you to the right one.
Scheduling
We do our best to hit every window, including same-day requests. If weather or a prior job runs long, we will keep you posted and reschedule at the earliest time that works for you.
